Frequently asked questions
How do I export my kinematics data?
Kinefocus and StrokeSense store every session locally on your device. Open the app's History screen, select a session, and use the share icon to export your results as a report you can send to a clinician or keep for your own records.
Are my voice analysis recordings stored securely?
Voice samples in Parkinson Monitor are processed in real time on your device. The derived metrics are encrypted and saved locally; raw audio is never transmitted or uploaded to any server.
Do the apps work without an internet connection?
Yes. Every measurement, from Synapta's cognitive activities to Gaze Steady's fixation tests, runs entirely on-device. An internet connection is only needed to download the app itself or receive updates.
Can clinicians use these tools with patients?
Our applications are designed to complement, not replace, clinical judgment. Clinicians can review exported session histories to observe trends over time. For integration questions, contact the engineering team directly.
What happens to my data if I delete an app?
Because all data lives exclusively on your device, deleting an application permanently and irreversibly erases its associated local data. We recommend exporting any session history you wish to keep before uninstalling.
Which devices are supported?
Modules that use depth mapping (Gaze Steady, Kinefocus) require a device with a TrueDepth camera. Motion- and voice-based modules (Parkinson Monitor, Synapta) run on any modern smartphone with standard sensors.
